The Alpha's Return

Chapter 93 - Gorgeous

"Have you ever considered, you know, getting a boyfriend or something?", Lucas asked her.

"Never in a hundred years. And you have already tried this century. So guess you have to wait.", Angela smiled as she dipped into the jacuzzi straight opposite to Lucas.

"Guess no one in the world stands a chance. Maybe Raphael? But I hear that you bro zoned him.", Lucas laughed.

"I need to know your sources for all of this. Where do you get this stuff? And, let us not talk about Raphael. He waited too long.", Angela scoffed.

"So if I try now..."

"You waited too little.", Angela cut him short.

"Yeah, yeah. You have made that abundantly clear.", Lucas said as he leaned back and closed his eyes.

The next day,

"You have got to be kidding me. Every single one of these dresses is unbelievable. Who would want to wear these? You are literally begging me to be the center of attraction.", Angela shouted.

"We are coming out of the presidential suite in Hilton. We have to dress up that way.", Lucas said as he walked out of his room. He was wearing a platinum suit with a black shirt. He looked as dashing as Angela did beautifully.

Angela walked out of her room as well, with a bag in her hand. She was wearing a bright orange dress that flowed all the way to her feet.

Lucas was holding a briefcase and a suitcase.

"You have no luggage at all?", Lucas looked surprised.

"I am not wearing the stuff that you have in there. We will stop on the way and get some clothes that are more suitable for fighting. We are going to the land of the gods. Who knows when we night need to entertain them, or face trials? A dress is going to hamper me so much.", Angela said.

"I am pretty sure that there are a few body suits that you can wear in my mansion. Well, we will see. Denmark isn\'t a jungle. There are malls there as well. Let us get going. I have arranged for a car.", Lucas said.

"A car? What\'s wrong with my tesla?", Angela asked.

"And you are the famous person here. Quite ironic. We are going to be boarding a ten million dollar private jet. I would rather we come in a car that fits the attire and the stature that we have.", Lucas said.

"What you just described is what I call extravagance. Not common sense.", Angela said as she scoffed.

"Oh, and here. Wear this.", Lucas handed her a pair of sunglasses.

"Why?", Angela asked as she put them on.

"Cause we will look better together.", Lucas said grinning as he held up his hand.

"Urgh. Fine.", Angela sighed as she put her hand in his and they walked out of the room. Lucas was holding the briefcase, and the suitcase together, dragging them along. The door slammed shut as it locked.

They got on to the elevator.

"And, by the way. Whatever they say, just go with it.", Lucas said.

"What did you do?", Angela asked.

"Well, they might have had a discount for married couples on the limos..."

"You called me your wife?!", Angela shouted at him.

"I didn\'t use your actual name. They just think that you are a Mrs. Smith.", Lucas said.

Ping!

The elevator door opened. Angela and Lucas quickly straightened their posture and looked calm as another couple walked into the elevator. They stood right in front of them. They looked at each other, and Angela started glaring at him agnrily.

Lucas shrugged, and he kept holding her hand.

The elevator doors opened once more, and they were now in the ground floor. Angela and Lucas walked out.

"Where is the car?", Angela asked.

"Should be in the front.", Lucas said as they walked out of the hotel. The old man that they saw the previous day was waiting there.

"Sir, your car is ready and waiting for you.", the man said respectfully.

"Good day, Thomas.", Lucas nodded at him as he flicked the key card at him. The old man nodded, and he turned around and walked away.

"Sometimes, I wonder. How does someone like this become the biggest serial killer in the world?", Angela said with a low voice.

"Well, killing is fun. I am a fun guy. Why wouldn\'t I try my foot in the world\'s greatest profession?", Lucas said.

"You do know that killing isn\'t the world\'s greatest profession right? It is an-"

"Prostitute"

"Entertainer"

The both of them said different things at the same time. Angela turned to the side to look at Lucas.

"Really? A prostitute? Are you being serious right now? You are holding hands with a supermodel, calling me your wife, and you say that the greatest profession is a prostitute?", Angela said with a hint of irritation.

"Facts don\'t lie girl. Come, the driver is waiting for us.", Lucas said as he let go of her arm and handed his suitcase to a man who was standing next to the car. The car itself was a limousine, bright white, and stole the attention from a gorgeous looking Angela almost immediately.

"No thanks, I would rather have the briefcase with me.", Lucas smiled at the man as he sat in the limo. Angela joined him shortly.

"To the Teterboro, please. Our plane is waiting for us, and I would not want to be late.", Lucas laughed as he told the driver.

"Yes sir.", the driver nodded, and the window between the passenger and the driver slowly slid up. The door next to Angela closed, and the car started moving.

"Who is paying for all of this? Since you arrived, that briefcase has not been opened.", Angela asked.

"I have a tab here, not to worry.", Lucas said.
